Substitute - Why am I not receiving replacement offers?

Here are some basic rules to ensure that your profile is active and properly configured to receive replacement offers: 


In My Profile, make sure you have enabled the option I am a substitute (I wish to be called for substitute work)as well as the option I am available.



In My Establishment, make sure you have added at least 1 establisment as a substitute. (The more you add, the more offers you will receive!)

If you have completed these steps, you can check your authorization level for replacements. Consult this article for all the details: Substitute - How to view my substitute authorizations?.



Finally, don't hesite to verify with your organization that your candidacy is properly configured on their side as well. We therefore recommend that you contact the person responsible for each organization you have added. You can find their contact information in the Help section of the platform.
