Employee - How does the ''Development'' module work?

The Portfolio Development module is designed to allow employees to track and actively participate in the performance evaluation process. Accessible to employees undergoing an evaluation, this section provides a clear and detailed view of key information related to their assessment.

When you access the Development module, the following elements are visible:

The establishment associated with the evaluation;
The due date for the mid-term evaluation (if applicable);
The due date for the end-of-term evaluation;
: This icon appears in the Late column only if the due date for the end of the period has passed.
: This icon appears in the last column only when documents have been uploaded. By hovering your mouse over it, you will see the number of documents uploaded by you and by your manager.

To complete your evaluation, follow these steps:

Click the pencil icon to access the evaluation page.

Next, find the evaluations with the status To do and click on Submit.

Submit your completed evaluation and any other relevant documents requested by your manager.

To download the template to fill out, click on Download. Complete your self-evaluation and save it as a JPEG, PNG, or PDF file.

To upload your completed self-evaluation, click on Upload your file here.

The status of your evaluation will automatically change to Completed.

In case of an error or a missing document, click on Submit again.

The icons to the right of your document allow you to download it for validation or delete it. If needed, click on Upload your file here again.

For each period, your manager will need to fill out their part of the template and upload the evaluation in the module.

As soon as this is done, the status will also change to Completed, and you will need to review the uploaded document by clicking on its name.

To finalize the process, after the end date of the period, your manager will sign the final version of your evaluations. This will make a new button appear for you to click: I have read the final version.

By clicking on it, your "signature" will be applied.
