We encourage all Scolago users to submit their suggestions for improvement as soon as they identify a missing feature or an opportunity for optimization. These suggestions are reviewed daily.
To do so, go to the Ideas module under the Evolutions option in the left-hand menu. On the right side of the page, you can create a message. Feel free to attach an image using the indicated button.
Additionally, by clicking on the title of an idea, you can view the full message submitted by the user. You can also vote for the ideas you find interesting, add a comment, and reply to another user's comment using the provided buttons.
To track the progress of the platform, go to the Improvements module under the Evolutions option in the left-hand menu. Here, you can view the various projects of our development team.
With the two tabs Planned Improvements and Delivered Improvements, you can track ideas that are in production and those that are now available on the platform.
These modules are designed to ensure continuous communication between the Scolago team and all its users. They allow you to share your feature needs with us in a collaborative and constructive spirit. However, if you encounter technical difficulties with the application and need assistance, you should email support@scolago.com or click the Submit a Ticket button at the top right of this page. Note that the contact details for your organizational Scolago administrators can be found in the Help section. |
